By placing an order on this website, you agree to these terms of purchase. If you do not agree, please do not place an order. These terms apply to all purchases made through this website, regardless of where the customer is located.

Products and Availability

If you receive a product that differs materially from its description, you may return it under our refund policy.

Pricing and Payment

Order Confirmation

After you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the product. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines and terms are described in our shipping policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. In summary: processing takes one to three business days, transit typically takes six to twelve days, and all orders ship free with duties and taxes covered by us.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, we will work with you to resolve the issue as described in our shipping policy.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the product to the address provided at checkout. If the carrier marks the package as delivered, we consider the delivery complete for the purposes of these terms. If you believe a package was stolen after delivery, please contact us and we will work with you to determine the best path forward, though we are not obligated to replace stolen packages.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our refund policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. In summary: you have sixty days from delivery to request a return, refunds are processed within five to ten business days of receiving the returned item, and items must be in a condition consistent with reasonable evaluation.
